Grimsby Town beating Premier League West Ham 3-0 in the FA Cup and not giving Tony Cottee a touch whilst playing at centre half when I was 19 yrs old

 

FA Cup 4th round replay at Blundell Park. Gary started his career at Grimsby in 1992 and moved to Blackburn in 1996. He also played for Cardiff and Lincoln City and made his England under-21s debut against Brazil under-21s on 6 June 1995, David Beckham also made his debut in the same match.

Gary is a Grimsby Town Youth coach and also works as a radio pundit.

 

The Alzheimer's Society recently launched a national initiative called Dementia Friends which is giving people an understanding of dementia and the small things people can do that make a difference to people living with dementia.
